where do you ship to?
austria, belgium, bulgaria, croatia, czechia, denmark, estonia, finland, france, germany, greece, hungary, ireland [including northern ireland], italy, latvia, lithuania, luxembourg, malta, netherlands, norway [you may need to pay additional customs and duties if they apply on arrival], poland, portugal, romania, slovakia, slovenia, spain, sweden, united kingdom [you may need to pay for additional customs and duties if they apply on arrival, except for northern ireland]
how long does shipping take?
new items will take up to 4 weeks to arrive to us after the release date
we dispatch orders quickly - within 2 working days
on-hand items will be delivered within 2 working days in ireland (incl. northern ireland)
on-hand items with will be delivered within 5 working days in the eu
if you make an order with unreleased items, the order will be shipped when everything is with us, unless you request to ship separately and are happy to pay for the extra postage

how do i add products to my order?
if you want to add more products after you make an order, don’t make a new order. please message us. we’ll check if it’s possible and let you know - then you can pay after we add it to the order to avoid an extra shipping fee
what if i change my mind?
for any return, for any reason, we require you to take an unboxing video as the manufacturers now require this. we take extra care to package and quality check our stock. minor scratches or dents are not a valid reason for a return. minor scratches on photocards are not a valid reason for return. a notice of return must be given within 14 days from the date of delivery. make sure the products are unused, in original packaging, and sent with tracked shipping
do i have to pay for return shipping?
if it’s our fault, we’ll always cover the cost but if not, you will need to pay for the return shipping and use a tracked shipping method
when will i get my refund?
once we get your return and check it over, we’ll send your refund within 14 days, back to your original payment method
will items i want be restocked?
popular items sell out fast. if something you love is out of stock, make a request by messaging us on instagram and tiktok @hwaitingeu or by emailing moots@hwaiting.eu
why do i need to film an unboxing video?
an unboxing video is required for any proof of damage or missing items. it has become a standard expectation for quality control. light scratches or dents will not be counted as damaged, specifically the plastic sleeve which protects the product
